Le Petit Château
Die Familie Simonet, das sind die Eltern Eric und Anni mit ihren beiden Söhnen Fabrice und Stéphane sowie der Tochter Sandrine, bewirtschaften neun Hektaren Reben in den Gemeinde Haut- und Bas-Vully. Seit 2009 ist Fabrice, Ingenieur Oenologue, für die Vinifikation der rund 18 Rebsorten zuständig. Auf Le Petit Château werden drei Linien abgefüllt: Les Traditions, die klassischen Weine der Region, Diamants Blanc et Noir, die Spezialitäten, und die Sélection Maître Barrique, in kleinen Holzfässern ausgebaute Crus – sortenrein oder als Assemblage.
